| Hi, the number 18 must be filled with a non-white color because Tagul places words only on non-white space. Open the image in any image editor (like MS Paint for example), fill it with a non-white color and import it again. | |

Hi Carolyn. If the words became the same size then most likely the size column in Words section contained 1 for all the words. Please increase that number for the words you want to stand out and visualize your word cloud again. If it still doesn't work please save the word cloud and advise its name so I could have a look what is wrong there. |

Hi Madison, At the moment Gallery word clouds are sorted by the creation date thus if you created a word cloud long time ago and added it to Tagul Gallery only today you won't find it in "New" section of the gallery. But you can always find it on your gallery page. |
