Hi matthewhyj, EPS and SVG definitely will work as they are vector formats and can be scaled infinitely without loosing quality. |

The quality of the free download image was decreased a month ago. It was done as there were many users who sold those free images without purchasing Tagul pricing plans. |

Hi!is the just the nature of the picture I am using and it trying to fit all the words inBasically it is. Please read more details in this FAQ entry. I tried to manually click on the smaller words to enlarge them in the edit mode but it wont let me click on themThat's the intentional limitation to disable editing the small words as otherwise the whole Edit Mode will be too slow to work with. |

Hi Vickyban, I guess you print SQ PNG images (free ones). If you feel that the quality is not enough for your purposes you are welcome to purchase any of Tagul pricing plans. |

Yeah, most likely you just move a word a little when selecting it. In this case you can click UNDO button to move it back before changing its color. |

You can try Chrysanthi Regular font. But as soon as the symbol is not correctly displayed in my browser I guess it is very rare and it can be hard to find a font capable of rendering it. |

Hi Jitler, please download your word cloud image in PNG format in Download and Share section and then print it as any other image or picture. Your image viewing / printing software should allow you to position and size image before printing. If it doesn't I recommend you to try GIMP. |

Hi! You can take out the smaller words by reducing the amount of words being placed (as the words are placed from biggest to smallest). To accomplish that enable "Define" checkbox for "Words amount" parameter in "Layout" section and use the slider to control the amount of words being placed. |

Hi weekswildcats, Most likely you used another account last time when created all those clouds. E.g. another social network. Could you please search for Tagul welcome email to find out which account you used. If you still can't find it please email Tagul support with the cloud names that are missing and I'll try to find the account for you. |
