Yeah, most likely you just move a word a little when selecting it. In this case you can click UNDO button to move it back before changing its color.

You can try Chrysanthi Regular font. But as soon as the symbol is not correctly displayed in my browser I guess it is very rare and it can be hard to find a font capable of rendering it.

Hi Jitler, please download your word cloud image in PNG format in Download and Share section and then print it as any other image or picture. Your image viewing / printing software should allow you to position and size image before printing. If it doesn't I recommend you to try GIMP.

Hi! You can take out the smaller words by reducing the amount of words being placed (as the words are placed from biggest to smallest). To accomplish that enable "Define" checkbox for "Words amount" parameter in "Layout" section and use the slider to control the amount of words being placed.

Most likely you used another account last time when created all those clouds. E.g. another social network. Could you please search for Tagul welcome email to find out which account you used. If you still can't find it please email Tagul support with the cloud names that are missing and I'll try to find the account for you.

Hi SolidG, if you purchased a pricing plan and downloaded that image in HQ format then you can put Tagul word cloud on your business site without the attribution.

It comes up as a square box, is that because that particular unicodeis not supported in the Chrysanthi Regular font
Exactly. You need to find a font that is capable to render that unicode character and add it by clicking on the first row in Fonts section.

Hi, you can make your tagul word cloud available to everyone by placing it to Tagul Gallery. To accomplish this click on Gallery button in Download and Share section of your word cloud.

The problem is that your custom shape contains only thin outline. You need to fill it with a colour in any image editor as Tagul places the words only on non-white space.
