It is not clear what limit do you mean. Basically there are no limits except HQ downloads in free version. |

Hi Ryanleasure. If you don't change your word cloud you can download it in different formats and only 1 HQ download will count. Therefore you can experiment with the formats without wasting HQ downloads. Regarding 32MP PNG file, could you please send it to support email so I could check what is wrong with the file? |

Hi, there is no know issues at the moment. Could you please: 1) Advise the word cloud name you can't download in 32/16MP PNG? 2) Advise the text you see at http://whichbrowser.net? 3) Try another browser like Chrome or Firefox? |
