Hi, that is caused by the limitation of your browser. Could you please try Firefox or Chrome? If you don't change your word cloud all additional HQ downloads are not counted. |

| The only way to do it is to place your design to Gallery and then log out and log in under the company account and click customize button to make a duplicate. To locate the word cloud in Gallery click "Link" button in "Download and Share" section. | |

It is not clear what limit do you mean. Basically there are no limits except HQ downloads in free version. |

Hi Ryanleasure. If you don't change your word cloud you can download it in different formats and only 1 HQ download will count. Therefore you can experiment with the formats without wasting HQ downloads. Regarding 32MP PNG file, could you please send it to support email so I could check what is wrong with the file? |
