Hi Ann! I recommend you to use "duplicate" button to clone a word cloud that has shapes/fonts you imported to avoid importing them again.

Some customers use the XML option is used to export word cloud data for words frequencies analysis for example.

EPS and SVG definitely will work as they are vector formats and can be scaled infinitely without loosing quality.

The quality of the free download image was decreased a month ago. It was done as there were many users who sold those free images without purchasing Tagul pricing plans.

I tried to manually click on the smaller words to enlarge them in the edit mode but it wont let me click on them
That's the intentional limitation to disable editing the small words as otherwise the whole Edit Mode will be too slow to work with.

I guess you print SQ PNG images (free ones). If you feel that the quality is not enough for your purposes you are welcome to purchase any of Tagul pricing plans.
