Cant Download Any Files Other Than SQ PNG

Hi! As far as I can see your payment has been processed and should be able to download images in HQ format. Could you please elaborate what HQ icon did you click and what happened next? |

A dialog box appears saying downloading at the top with nothing inside. It stays this way for around 5 minutes then changes to the text saying cant download file Ive tried all the download links and they wont work for me apart from the Standard Quality ones. |

I thought about that so download Chrome and Firefox already, I was using Microsoft Edge to start with. After downloading ive retried and still nothing. |

| So actually HQ downloads doesn't work for you in any browser, right? Could you please advise the cloud name you try to download? | |
