Hi Noël, most likely you have another font selected in Font column in Words section for the word. Therefore the font you selected in Fonts section has no impact on that word. If it is not the case then could you please save your cloud and advise its name and the word name so I could check what is wrong there? |

| Hi Narek! Not all fonts are capable to display Russian words. The fonts that are capable have white / light blue background. Also you can add your own fonts by clicking on the first row in Fonts section. | |

| Timdegennaro, when you place a word per each line Tagul thinks that you are using the special import mode and doesn't count the words. To fix that you need to put the words on 1 line separated by spaces. | |

| Hi! I am glad to announce that from now on Arabic and other right-to-left languages are supported! Droid Naskh Arabic font was added to the default fonts list to support Arabic out of the box. But you can always add your own fonts by clicking on the first row in Fonts section. | |

| Hi, the number 18 must be filled with a non-white color because Tagul places words only on non-white space. Open the image in any image editor (like MS Paint for example), fill it with a non-white color and import it again. | |

Hi Carolyn. If the words became the same size then most likely the size column in Words section contained 1 for all the words. Please increase that number for the words you want to stand out and visualize your word cloud again. If it still doesn't work please save the word cloud and advise its name so I could have a look what is wrong there. |
