Hi Alexa, why would you need to move the last 9 words? Just move the big words and then re-visualize your word cloud to remove the words collisions. |

Hi Alexa, please read the below FAQ entries regarding your questions: The size of words doesn’t seem accurate, how to fix it? How to make all words the same size? |

There is no way to do it directly in Tagul but you can: - create a negative word cloud - download it in PNG format - open the PNG image in any image editing software and add your original image |

Sure it replaces the original image with the negative one |

Yes there is a way. Tagul places words on non-white space. Thus you need to create a negative image that your shape image silhouette in white in the middle of a non-white rectangle. You can do it in any image editor or by enabling "negative" checkbox when adding your custom shape. |

Could you please try another browser like Chrome or Firefox. This issue occurs only in Internet Explorer in some environments. |

Hi! Could you please save your cloud and advise its name so I could check what is wrong there? Also please send the screenshot of the error to support email. |

Hi Burstkey. This feature you are asking for is already here. Please switch to Edit Mode and click on a particular word. Then you can move and resize it. Then press Visualize button and the word will keep its size and position while other words will be moved to avoid the collisions. |

You can't do it directly in Tagul but you can save your word cloud in PNG format (in "Download and Share" section) and overlay the PNG word cloud image over your shape image in any image editing software (like MS Paint, Photoshop or GIMP). Please make sure you selected "transparent" background in "Colors and Animations" section before downloading PNG image. |
