Do you mean that you want to create a word cloud in a high heel shape and you are searching for the right image?

If yes then you can search in google images for "high heel cilpart" and add the appropriate image to your word cloud shapes list by clicking on the first tile in Shapes section.

Here is some image I found that should work:

Most likely you put each word on a separate line when importing your text thus Tagul thinks you use special CSV mode. Try to place all the words on 1 line.

Probably it is the image viewer use displays transparent as black. Could you please send the downloaded PNG image with transparent background to support email so I could check it?

Hi Константин!

PayPal is known to block some transactions but here is what you can do:

1) Choose Credit & Debit card option
2) Fill the necessary information
3) On the "Payment method" screen (where you are about to enter your card's details) switch to PayPal tab and pay via PayPal

This is another way to pay via PayPal that should work fine.

Could you please try another browser like Chrome or Firefox? It is a known issue to happen in Internet Explorer in some environments.

Switch to Edit Mode and click on the words you want to keep their positions after visualizing. Also you can move and resize the particular words in the Edit Mode.

You are trying to add a PNG image to the Shapes list, aren't you?
If yes then what exactly is wrong there? Could you please send to support email the PNG image so I could check what is wrong there?

As I can see from the source code of the page the script tag is cut off by your CMS. I suggest you to consult your CMS documentation / support to figure out how to embed third party javascript code.
