| As I can see from the source code of the page the script tag is cut off by your CMS. I suggest you to consult your CMS documentation / support to figure out how to embed third party javascript code. | |

| Hi! You need to embed the word cloud somewhere and give me the link. Otherwise I won't be able to figure out what is wrong there. But most likely your CMS changes Tagul embedding code before displaying and thus you can't see the word cloud. | |

Hi!Is it possible to reduce the number of total words and have the font of the words made larger?You can reduce the amount of words being placed by using the "define" slider for "Words amount" parameter in "Layout" section. Also, I read in some comments that there is a way to edit the position of the words. I thought I read it was in the "Words" tab, but I don't see it. Any advice would be appreciated.You can switch to Edit Mode by clicking the appropriate button under the Visualize button. Then move / resize any word and press the Visualize button again to remove the words collisions. I have one additional question, what would be the best way to go about printing out my word cloud at 11"x14"? What size image would I need to download the image to have a clear resolution? Do I need to upgrade to a higher level in order to achieve good resolution?If you want to have a clear resolution then you would have to purchase one of Tagul pricing plans and then download your word cloud image in 32MP PNG format. |

Hi Kevin, PayPal is known to block some transactions but here is what you can do: - Choose Credit & Debit card option - Fill the necessary information - On the "Payment method" screen (where you are about to enter your card's details) switch to PayPal tab and pay via PayPal This is another way to pay via PayPal that should work fine. |
