Hi Константин!

PayPal is known to block some transactions but here is what you can do:

1) Choose Credit & Debit card option
2) Fill the necessary information
3) On the "Payment method" screen (where you are about to enter your card's details) switch to PayPal tab and pay via PayPal

This is another way to pay via PayPal that should work fine.

Could you please try another browser like Chrome or Firefox? It is a known issue to happen in Internet Explorer in some environments.

Switch to Edit Mode and click on the words you want to keep their positions after visualizing. Also you can move and resize the particular words in the Edit Mode.

You are trying to add a PNG image to the Shapes list, aren't you?
If yes then what exactly is wrong there? Could you please send to support email the PNG image so I could check what is wrong there?

As I can see from the source code of the page the script tag is cut off by your CMS. I suggest you to consult your CMS documentation / support to figure out how to embed third party javascript code.

Hi! You need to embed the word cloud somewhere and give me the link. Otherwise I won't be able to figure out what is wrong there. But most likely your CMS changes Tagul embedding code before displaying and thus you can't see the word cloud.

You don't need any plugins to make Tagul work. Could you please send the screenshot of what you see to the support email so I could help you?

I recommend GIMP image editor that allow to position and resize images before printing.
