Hi! Please try to move the "shape transparency" slider to the most left position (zero value) in the "Colors and Animations" section. Does it solve the problem?

How many word clouds can 1 account have?
There is no limit on how many clouds 1 account can have.

Also, each student will be using a chromebook, but they will be using the same wireless connection and logging into the same Tagul account. Is that going to work? Can I have 30 students using the same account at the same time?
That should work for 30 students.

It just means that Droid Arabic Naskh is not capable to render the text you entered. Please choose another font and re-visualize your word cloud.

You can download your word cloud image in the "Download and Share" section. Just click on the button corresponding to the preferred format. Please note that you have to purchase a Tagul pricing plan to be able to download in high quality (HQ) formats.

The easiest solution I see is to replace "I'm" into "I am" and "don't" into "do not". But please be advised that Tagul will drop all the words less than 3 characters in length. Thus "I", "am", "do" will be dropped.

Alternatively you can replace "I'm" into "Iam" and "don't" into "dont" and then add the apostrophe manually after importing your text.

1) the image you try to print
2) the photo of the printed A4 with margins

so I could understand the problem better and help you?

To upload an image and use it as your word cloud shape click on the first tile in the "All" category in the "Shapes" section. If it doesn't work then please send the image and the detailed explanation of what happens to the support email.

wordcloud27, I suggest you to set the background color in the "Colors and Animations" section, download your word cloud in PNG format in the "Download and Share" section and then print it as any other image or picture.
