Please note that if you don't change your word clouds then all the successive downloads in the same or different formats won't be counted. If it comes out that they got counted, please contact support and advise the wasted downloads amount, so I could replenish your pricing plan.

Alex Key Master	You don't need to manually click the 'Repeat?' boxes to disable automatic word repetition as selecting the 'Keep as is' option should make the difference. If it doesn't then could you please save your word cloud and advise its name so I could have a look?

Alex Key Master	The ratio for square is 1, which means you don't need to change the ratio of the default square shape.

Alex Key Master	How many word clouds can 1 account have? There is no limit on how many clouds 1 account can have. Also, each student will be using a chromebook, but they will be using the same wireless connection and logging into the same Tagul account. Is that going to work? Can I have 30 students using the same account at the same time? That should work for 30 students.

There is no limit on how many clouds 1 account can have.

That should work for 30 students.

Alex Key Master	It just means that Droid Arabic Naskh is not capable to render the text you entered. Please choose another font and re-visualize your word cloud.

Alex Key Master	You can download your word cloud image in the "Download and Share" section. Just click on the button corresponding to the preferred format. Please note that you have to purchase a Tagul pricing plan to be able to download in high quality (HQ) formats.
