Mrsh1205 and Angie1167, I suggest you to consider purchasing Unlimited pricing plan for 1 year for $299.99, since you spent close amounts buying deprecated Pro plans for past year. |

Please try to change the font for a particular word in the Words section. Then re-visualize your word cloud. |

The only solution I see is to embed your word cloud on your web page in a bigger size. |

Thank you for your feedback. We will take it under advisement and consider it for inclusion in a later version of the software. |

Hi Helen, do you mean you want to place words on the white area of your image? It can be done. Please make sure you set the "threshold" slider to 1 (rightmost position) when uploading your image. Otherwise Tagul will eliminate the white color and won't place the words in white areas of your image. |

Mizzcanning, I suggest you to download your word cloud image in PNG format (in the "Download and Share" section) and then print it as any other image or picture. Your image viewing / printing software should allow you to resize the image before printing to fit on a page. If it doesn't then please try GIMP free image editor. |

Hi Elaine, The problem is that your name picture is filled with some image patterns. I recommend you to open any image editor, then write your name in black (or any other solid color) on white background and use that picture as your word cloud shape. Best regards, Alex |

Deanna, I recommend you to try to do the same thing and advise whether it works or not. |
