You mean you can't find how to upload the word cloud image (you downloaded from Tagul) to the company you want to order the gift from, don't you? Then I can't help you there. I suggest you to contact the company for the clarifications.

Only selected custom shape is saved with your word cloud. To use it in future I suggest you to create a template word cloud with the custom shape image selected, and then duplicate it when needed.

32MP PNG file has approximately 5700x5700 px resolution if this is what you asked for.

Do you mean you want to create a word cloud in a shape of other clipart? Then you can add a clipart image by clicking on the first tile in the Shapes section and then visualize your word cloud.

mlr1169, most likely you use Internet Explorer that is known to have glitches with Tagul. Could you please try another browser like Chrome or Firefox?

32MP PNG will give you about 150 DPI on that large output. If it is not enough in your case then I suggest you to go with SVG / EPS vector format.

In the "Layout" section choose "Keep as is (don't repeat words)" option for "Words amount" parameter to disable the words repetition completely.

Lesley, I recommend you to download your word cloud image in PNG format in the "Download and Share" section, and then print it as any other image or picture. Your image viewing / printing software should allow you to resize and position your image before printing. If it doesn't I suggest you to try GIMP.
