| Hi! Most likely your shape is filled with a white or transparent color. You need a shape that is filled with a non-white color to allow Tagul to place the words inside it. | |

| You mean you can't find how to upload the word cloud image (you downloaded from Tagul) to the company you want to order the gift from, don't you? Then I can't help you there. I suggest you to contact the company for the clarifications. | |

| Only selected custom shape is saved with your word cloud. To use it in future I suggest you to create a template word cloud with the custom shape image selected, and then duplicate it when needed. | |

| Do you mean you want to create a word cloud in a shape of other clipart? Then you can add a clipart image by clicking on the first tile in the Shapes section and then visualize your word cloud. | |

| mlr1169, most likely you use Internet Explorer that is known to have glitches with Tagul. Could you please try another browser like Chrome or Firefox? | |

| 32MP PNG will give you about 150 DPI on that large output. If it is not enough in your case then I suggest you to go with SVG / EPS vector format. | |
