| Hi! You can add any image and use it as your word cloud shape by clicking on the first tile in the Shapes section. | |

|---|---|
| If it appears fine on the screen then the problem is with your image viewing / printing software or printer itself. | |

| Angie1167, you can purchase Unlimited plan for 1 month, 3 months or 12 months. Thus you don't need to pay $300 up front. | |

|---|---|
| mossyt, I recommend you to switch to Unlimited plan for 1 year. In this case you will spend approximately the same amount as you spent last year. | |

| Hi LorettaS, could you please send the files and the screenshots of 'ragged edges' and 'white box' to support email, so I could check what is wrong there? | |

| Hi Loretta, could you please send the EPS file you downloaded and the screenshot of the error to Tagul support email, so I could check what is wrong there? | |

|---|---|
| Tagul is not the right tool to create such word art. I suggest you to use something like Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape to create it manually. | |

| The problem is that "Chrysanthi Regular" font doesn't support the bee icon, therefore you see the rectangle instead. You need to find a font that is capable to render the bee icon, add it to your word cloud list and select it in the Font column in the Words section. | |
