Hi Dan, Yes, you need to select a font that is capable to produce accents. Just experiment with the fonts to find a suitable one. Stemming is the process to group words based on their stem. Please read more on wikipedia. |

| Hi Michelle, it is not clear what you problem is. The heart shape has approximately 1:1 ratio that should perfectly fit into a 12.5 x 12.5 frame. You can use GIMP to zoom your image before printing to increase or decrease the margins. | |

Hi Dana, 1) You can try to download in another browser like Chrome or Firefox as it may be Internet Explorer issue 2) If you still can't make it to work then save your word cloud and send its name and the preferred format to the support. We'll send the image to you via email. |

| You don't need to manually click the 'Repeat?' boxes to disable automatic word repetition as selecting the 'Keep as is' option should make the difference. If it doesn't then could you please save your word cloud and advise its name so I could have a look? | |
