The easiest solution I see is to replace "I'm" into "I am" and "don't" into "do not". But please be advised that Tagul will drop all the words less than 3 characters in length. Thus "I", "am", "do" will be dropped. Alternatively you can replace "I'm" into "Iam" and "don't" into "dont" and then add the apostrophe manually after importing your text. |

| To upload an image and use it as your word cloud shape click on the first tile in the "All" category in the "Shapes" section. If it doesn't work then please send the image and the detailed explanation of what happens to the support email. | |

| wordcloud27, I suggest you to set the background color in the "Colors and Animations" section, download your word cloud in PNG format in the "Download and Share" section and then print it as any other image or picture. | |

PayPal is known to block some transactions but here is what you can do: 1) Choose Credit & Debit card option 2) Fill the necessary information 3) On the "Payment method" screen (where you are about to enter your card's details) switch to PayPal tab and pay via PayPal This is another way to pay via PayPal that should work fine. |

| You can't directly do this in Tagul and we don't have plans for the feature at the moment. I suggest you to download your word cloud image in SVG format and add the word background in Inkscape vector editor. | |
