32MP download cropping image

Hi, For a few downloads now, when the image I've created is long, vertically or horizontally, when I download in 4MP it downloads fine, but as soon as I PAY to download it in the 32MP format it crops the image. How do I stop this happening please. |

Hi Dana, 1) You can try to download in another browser like Chrome or Firefox as it may be Internet Explorer issue 2) If you still can't make it to work then save your word cloud and send its name and the preferred format to the support. We'll send the image to you via email. |
