Problem with Font

The font Droid Arabic Naskh is not displaying properly. All I can see when I use it is small rectangular boxes. |

| It just means that Droid Arabic Naskh is not capable to render the text you entered. Please choose another font and re-visualize your word cloud. | |

Hi I can't get ANY fonts to work and have emailed support twice and had NO response, can anyone else help please ? Someone has told me I may have to pay to upgrade font package ?? Won't be too happy if this is the case |
