Alex Key Master	If I create the image of the soccer ball in black and then use a blue for the word UNIFIED Then all the words except UNIFIED will be black as the soccer ball is black. If you want some soccer ball parts to be in another color, you need to colorize it in any image editor and upload to Tagul.

Alex Key Master	Words take the colors of the image areas where they are placed. You need to colorize the soccer ball with the colors you like in any image editor and then upload it to Tagul.

Alex Key Master	Hi Pat, both word clouds used the default settings (with custom background in Trump case). You can just use those shapes and visualize your word cloud to get the similar results. Also you can click "Customize" button to make a copy of a cloud from Tagul Gallery to customize.

Alex Key Master	The problem if I upload an image to tagul the bounding box always cuts off part of the image Could you please send a screenshot of the cutted off image to the support email? And for God's sake have a place to upload an image on this page There is the "browse" button above the link input field which you can use to choose an image from your local computer.

Alex Key Master	Madijons, It could be, but could you please advise the URL where embedded the word cloud so I could see what is wrong there?

Alex Key Master	Please move the "shape transparency" slider to the most left position (zero value) in the "Colors and Animations" section to remove the shape background.
