| PNG image quality is defined by pixels amount it contains. For example 4 MP means 4 million pixels. The higher the number is the better. I recommend you to download in 32MP PNG format that is enough for almost every situation. | |

Deyotter, unfortunately it may happen in some cases. I recommend you to try to download in another browser. The successive HQ downloads of a same image are not counted therefore you shouldn't have been charged. But if you did, please contact support and we will refund the wasted HQ downloads. Also if 32MP PNG download still doesn't work in another browser, please advise your word art name and I'll send the image to you via email. |

| You need to remove the line breaks from the text you pasted. Otherwise it is considered to be in special CSV format and individual words aren't parsed. | |

| When "shape transparency" parameter is not set to zero, your word art will include the shape background image. EPS doesn't support the transparency for embedded images, therefore it won't be transparent. Please use SVG instead. | |
