Alex Key Master	It is not a glitch in the software. When you set the shape transparency to a value bigger than zero, you actually tell the software that you want your shape background image to be included in EPS file. But EPS format doesn't allow you to embed an image with transparent background, therefore the shape background image is added with a solid background. I recommend you to use SVG instead as it doesn't have this limitation.

Alex Key Master	It seems like a misunderstanding. You cannot produce more than 100 physical reproductions of one word art image. But with 100 HQ downloads you can create 100 different word art images and make 100 physical reproductions of each, which leads to 10 thousand reproductions in total. With the unlimited package you can make as many word art images as you want and make up to 100 physical reproductions of each, but with no total limit.

It seems like a misunderstanding. You cannot produce more than 100 physical reproductions of one word art image.

But with 100 HQ downloads you can create 100 different word art images and make 100 physical reproductions of each, which leads to 10 thousand reproductions in total.

With the unlimited package you can make as many word art images as you want and make up to 100 physical reproductions of each, but with no total limit.

And on limited packages you will be charged for the additional download. On unlimited packages theoretically you can make the last step many times, but I recommend you to contact the support and purchase the extended commercial license with the amount of physical reproductions you need.

Alex Key Master	What image format did you download? I recommend you to download 32MP PNG format that is enough to be printed on 20x20 inches, not mentioning 4x6

Alex Key Master	It may happen under some circumstances. Please save your word art and try to download it again in another browser. You won't be charged for downloading the same image again. Alternatively you can contact the support and ask to send the image via email. Edited 18 Jul, 2017 10:17

Alex Key Master	You can't group words and can't remove words in the edit mode. But you can remove words in the words table using the remove button.

Alex Key Master	Hebrew is supported. Just input Hebrew words in the words section and choose a font that is capable to render Hebrew words (has white or light blue background) in the fonts section.

Alex Key Master	PNG image quality is defined by pixels amount it contains. For example 4 MP means 4 million pixels. The higher the number is the better. I recommend you to download in 32MP PNG format that is enough for almost every situation.
