Georgie, please download your word art image in png format and then print it add any other image or picture. Your image printing software should allow you to resize and position image before printing. If it doesn't please try GIMP image editor. |

Marquita.Buchanan.Parker, I think the problem is that your word art contain small words that won't be visible when printed on a t-shirt. I suggest you to reduce the words amount in the layout section to remove the small words. Also I recommend you to download in 32MP PNG format that is good enough to be printed on a t-shirt. |

You can choose a bold font for a particular word in the words section or just increase a word's size in the edit mode. Then re-visualize for the changes to take effect. |

There is no way to create a word art without specifying a shape. The closest to "no shape" is the default cloud shape (the second tile in the "all" category). The cloud shape is irregular, therefore please visualize your word art several times until you are happy with the result. |

Could you please record a video using your smartphone demonstrating the problem and send it and the font file to the support email, so I could investigate the problem? |

You should be able to print your word art directly by clicking on the print button. If it doesn't work I recommend you to download your word art image in PNG format (from the "Download and Share" section) and then print it as any other image or picture. |

It is not a glitch in the software. When you set the shape transparency to a value bigger than zero, you actually tell the software that you want your shape background image to be included in EPS file. But EPS format doesn't allow you to embed an image with transparent background, therefore the shape background image is added with a solid background. I recommend you to use SVG instead as it doesn't have this limitation. |

It seems like a misunderstanding. You cannot produce more than 100 physical reproductions of one word art image. But with 100 HQ downloads you can create 100 different word art images and make 100 physical reproductions of each, which leads to 10 thousand reproductions in total. With the unlimited package you can make as many word art images as you want and make up to 100 physical reproductions of each, but with no total limit. |

With every HQ download you get the commercial license that allows you to physically reproduce your word art image 100 times and no more. If you download a same image again you will get the same license with no more than 100 physical reproductions which doesn't sum up to 200. On limited HQ downloads packs you won't be charged again for obtaining the same image and license. If you change your word art a little and then download it, legally you will have another image and another license with up to 100 physical reproductions. And on limited packages you will be charged for the additional download. On unlimited packages theoretically you can make the last step many times, but I recommend you to contact the support and purchase the extended commercial license with the amount of physical reproductions you need. |
