If you can distinguish 2 images by looking at them, they are considered to be 2 separate images. Therefore revisualization and color changing counts as new image. |

Hi Paula! When you upload the image to the shapes section the customization window pops up. In that window move the "threshold" parameter to the most right position (1 value), click OK and visualize your word art. Then it should work the way you want it. |

Could you please navigate to the layout section and choose "Use size column from words table" option for "Words size" parameter and re-visualize your word art? Is it better now? Also please read this FAQ entry on how the size column works. |

You can select multiply fonts in the fonts section by using CTRL / SHIFT + left mouse click |

It happens because you have non-zero value for the "shape transparency" parameter in the "Colors and Animations" section. Set it to zero or user SVG format to fix the issue. |

Hi Brian, that is OK. But you can't sell the digital copies of your word art image more than 100 times. We've updated the terms to state it clearly. |

Most likely the words that stuck are selected in the edit mode and therefore their attributes (position, angle, font) are preserved during the visualization. Please navigate to the edit mode and click the reset button to fix this. Then re-visualize your word art. |

Most likely that is because your custom shape image contains the outline only, in other words it is not filled with a non-white color. You need to fill it with a non-white color in any image editor or find another image. |
