You bank may block the international transactions to 2Checkout payment processor that is used in our service. Regarding PayPal I suggest you to try the alternative method below:

1) Choose Credit & Debit card option
2) Fill the necessary information
3) On the "Payment method" screen (where you are about to enter your card's details) switch to PayPal tab and pay via PayPal

This is another way to pay via PayPal that should work fine.

Barbinva, you can change a word's color to another color that is brighter in the words section or in the edit mode.

BTW, you can click the reset button to clear the words fixed status and the white background.

When you click on a word in the edit mode it gets the white background. It means that the word is fixed and its position and size will be preserved during next visualization. It is just an indicator. It won't be visible if you download your word art image.

Unfortunately there is no way to pay via phone. Your bank may block the international transaction to 2Checkout payment processor that we use. Here are the options you have:

1) Contact your bank and ask them to allow international transactions to 2Checkout payment processor
2) Try a card issued by another bank
3) Try PayPal

You still can change the color of a specific word by clicking on the color column in the words table. You can also change the word's color in the edit mode.

I recommend you to download your word art image in PNG format from the "Downloads and Share" section and then add the overlay text in any image editor or MS Word.

A font should be in TTF or OTF format.
