Get your word art's embedding code by clicking on the HTML button in the "Download and Share" section and then paste it into your web page html. If you did that and it didn't work, please send the web page url to the support email, so I could check what is wrong there.

It may be a browser issue. Could you please try to visualize in Chrome or Firefox?

Just switch back to the animation mode. The white background in the edit mode is an indicator that a word is fixed. The white background won't be visible in animation mode or when you download your word art image.

The visualization should take 5-30 seconds. If it doesn't please click cancel, save your word art and advise its name, so I could check what is wrong there.

Did you try the alternative PayPal method that I advised?

You bank may block the international transactions to 2Checkout payment processor that is used in our service. Regarding PayPal I suggest you to try the alternative method below:

1) Choose Credit & Debit card option
2) Fill the necessary information
3) On the "Payment method" screen (where you are about to enter your card's details) switch to PayPal tab and pay via PayPal

This is another way to pay via PayPal that should work fine.

Barbinva, you can change a word's color to another color that is brighter in the words section or in the edit mode.

BTW, you can click the reset button to clear the words fixed status and the white background.
