Alex Key Master	Hi Liam, as I wrote you via email, it may be a browser issue. Could you please save the word artwork and try to download in Chrome or Firefox browser? You won't be charged for downloading the sames images again.

Alex Key Master	Admin has removed some artwork from the gallery because they contained only images with no visible words. WordArt.com is more about words and we don't want it to look like a site with images. Edited 11 Dec, 2017 15:05

Alex Key Master	I was wondering if there is a way to rotate the shapes There is no way to rotate custom shapes in the creator. But you can rotate it using any image editor and then upload the rotated shape to your word art. Basically the 2 clouds I bought I can not use It is no problem. Please contact support and ask to credit those 2 HQ downloads since they were wasted.

Alex Key Master	Words appear clear on screen but when printed they look slightly blurred and out of focus Did you download standard quality file? What paper size did you print it on? Is there a difference with downloading in png format and the hq version? Sure there is. Standard quality images can be printed on A4 paper with 75DPI while high quality (HQ) images can be printed with 600dpi quality.
