Alex Key Master	There is no indication on your artwork page whether you purchased a word art image or not. I recommend you to name a purchased word art accordingly (for example "Word Art [purchased]" ) to be able to filter them on your artwork page. Edited 27 Nov, 2017 05:34

Alex Key Master	First of all try to move a word up in the list to increase its size. If you need you can get the size column back by choosing "manual" for size parameter in words options.

Alex Key Master	please restore the ability to inividually determine whether a word will be repeated or not Please click on the options button and choose "manual" for the repeat parameter to make the repeat column appear. PS - SHIFT + Mouse click works in Chrome to select a contiguous range of fonts, but I never want to do that. Could you please send me the text you see at https://whichbrowser.net/, so I could understand what software you use?

Alex Key Master	CTRL or SHIFT + left mouse click. Could you please try in another browser on your machine? Does it work there?

Alex Key Master	Hi Brian, at my end multiple font selection works in Chrome as well. Which version of Chrome do you use? Does your monitor have touch support?

Alex Key Master	Hi Sandy, first of all you can click the customize button to make a copy into your account that you can customize. Then you will able to see how it was done. Also please read EmojiOne icons and Icons in word clouds blog posts.

The new "save as" functionality gives you more flexibility. For example you saved a word art that is fine, started experimenting and created another good looking word art. Then you would like to keep both. It was not possible with duplicate only but now possible with "save as". Also I don't know how to change the color for all words right now. Basically the same as in the old version. Change a color directly in the words table or click on the palette button in the style section. And I would like to delete a few words in one step - it was possible in the old version. An hour ago 4.1.0 version was released that allows you to do that. Edited 24 Nov, 2017 16:24

Alex Key Master	Currently the new version is default for new users. Old users will be automatically switched to the new version on the 1st January 2018, but with ability to switch back. Then we will completely remove the old version in February - March 2018.
