Download as EPS not working

Hi Alex, I tried to download my cloud as an EPS several times now (in IE and Chrome, with a Windows PC). I always get an empty file, size 65 KB. The other downloads (PNG) work fine. Can you help? Thank you! Best regards, Kathrin |

Hi Alex, We also seem to be having the same issue. We have paid to purchase the image and have tried to download the EPS. There is nothing in our downloads box although it does show that our 1 x HQ image download has been used. Are you also able to email this to me? Kind regards, Christian Fletcher |

| Hi Liam, as I wrote you via email, it may be a browser issue. Could you please save the word artwork and try to download in Chrome or Firefox browser? You won't be charged for downloading the sames images again. | |
