On internet explorer i manage to get into my file to select an image but when going to upload i am being told the image selected isnt an image file

Could you please send the file to support email so I could check?

Also chrome just wont let me save my images, i click and nothing happens but internet explorer i can save with no issues

Seems that there is something wrong with your Chrome installation since I've never experienced any troubles with Chrome and get no complaints regarding it.

Unfortunately there is no way to make the lines to appear in the right order.

When you enter an URL in Import text dialog it will scan the entered URL only not the whole site. If you need to make a content analysis of the whole site then you need manually to gather the text and then import it.

In Layout section there is "Words amount" parameter that controls the amount of words to be placed. By default it is auto which means as many word will be placed as it is needed to fill the selected shape. You can manually adjust it to any number you want.

As I understand you use "Import text" button to fill out the Words table, do you? Then the rule is the following: if sentences are short in length and you separate them by a new line then they will be kept as is. Otherwise they will be split into words.

Premium will give you the ability to download 32MP PNG and EPS / SVG vector versions of your cloud. Vector versions can produce images of very large size if you need.

Hello Renee, if you gonna use an iron on transfer for personal non-commercial purpose then you can download your word cloud as PNG image in Grab and Share section and print it without paying anything.

Please not that you need to put the attribution to Tagul.com (something like "Created with Tagul.com") near the word cloud image printed.

Otherwise you need to purchase Premium for at least for 1 month (in which your cloud is created).
