premium functions not working - HELP

I first tried to pay via paypal and received an error message so I tried again using a credit card and the payment processed. I did receive a receipt via email;however, the premium features are not working. I need to create my project and finish up very quickly. Please help.

You probably used another account when paid to premium.
Could you please forward the receipt email to support email so I could see what is wrong there?
