Yes you loose the rest downloads. If the amount of downloads vary from month to month I suggest you to choose quarterly or yearly plans (to be available soon on the pricing page) instead of monthly plans.

When you reach the download limit you will need to purchase another pricing plan or you won't be able to download HQ images.

Could you please revert the flash embedding (probably to another temporary page) and send to support email the link to the page so I could check what is wrong there.

Regarding the Chrome issue. Could you please also send the link to that page?

- Create a cloud
- In Colors and Animations section input your colors
- Name the cloud something like "my colours template"
- Duplicate it each time you need those colors

Will it work for you?
