Alex Key Master	- Create a cloud - In Colors and Animations section input your colors - Name the cloud something like "my colours template" - Duplicate it each time you need those colors Will it work for you?

Alex Key Master	1.The 32mp is too high a res, editing and storage is a problem, we need the 16mp & 8mp options back as well. This functionality is restored 2.Being able to store our own set colours so we don't have to input the colour codes each time. You can store the colour pallets in a cloud and use it as a template duplicating each time you need those colours. The site was good value at $95 per year but with such price increases, customers expect more and better service/facilities. Fair enough. We will do our best to satisfy your needs.

Alex Key Master	that I then intend to sell on that is free to use This part is not clear to me. Every word cloud image you create (no matter whether you used your own images or not) under Premium or a paid pricing plan is granted commercial usage permission. It means you can sell, re-sell, create derivative works, etc without any additional charge (except paying for Premium / Pricing Plan).

Really thank you to all of you. Now it is clear to me that the new pricing doesn't work for many of Tagul loyal customers and we have to change it. Here what we've come up with:

4 Plans:

Lite - up to 10 hi-res / vector downloads for $9 monthly / $99 yearly
Basic - up to 50 hi-res / vector downloads for $29 monthly / $299 yearly
Pro - up to 100 hi-res / vector downloads for $49 monthly / $499 yearly
Unlimited - unlimited hi-res / vector downloads for $89 monthly / $899 yearly

Please let me know what you think.
