@wookeywarn, my understanding is that when you do wider designs and redraw it several times to satisfy your customer needs you don't do it for $1-$2 profit. (If you do then you shouldn't because you do a lot of qualified work for very few bucks). Your margin should be at least $10 (if not more) and paying $1 to Tagul shouldn't be a problem.

BTW 3 months, 6 months and year pricing plans are now available.

Can you please confirm whether downloading the vector counts as HQ download
EPS / SVG vector counts as HQ download as well as PNG 4MP, 16MP and 32MP.

Can't you send 1MP PNG to your customer to make sure he is satisfied?

I just don't sell enough (I could be 1 or 5 a month - who knows!)
You are welcome to buy 3 months / 6 months / year plan (will be available soon) to mitigate the monthly limitation.

Yes you loose the rest downloads. If the amount of downloads vary from month to month I suggest you to choose quarterly or yearly plans (to be available soon on the pricing page) instead of monthly plans.

By "no change" you mean that you still see that error message when trying to save your cloud?

Fabien, it looks like the problems were related to Tagul unavailability due to technical issues. Could you please try to save your cloud again?

When you reach the download limit you will need to purchase another pricing plan or you won't be able to download HQ images.

Could you please revert the flash embedding (probably to another temporary page) and send to support email the link to the page so I could check what is wrong there.

Regarding the Chrome issue. Could you please also send the link to that page?
