| You can't download your word cloud with animation and paste it into a power point presentation unfortunately. The best you can do is to make your word cloud public (in Download and Share section) and get share the link to it (you can get your cloud link by clicking on the last icon in Share row in Download and Share section) | |

| Yes there is. One username can try to login in no more than 10 times per 5 minutes currently. It seems like you use 1 account and ask students to login in using it at the same time. How many students do you have so I could increase the limit? | |

| @wookeywarn, when I said that we would consider how to limit the quality of 1MP PNG I meant only free accounts not paid ones. So I think there is nothing to worry about for paying users. | |

@DANSTE05, if you sell 1MP PNG images you will violate the Terms of Service and your account will be blocked. We will consider how to limit the quality of 1MP PNG free image. |

There are several significant cons against placing watermarks and lowing the quality of free images (which is 1MP currently): 1) Easy to overcome by just making a screenshot of a word cloud in the generator. Screenshots won't have watermarks and can be ~1MP if you zoom the web page. 2) Only 1-2% of free users sells something. But other 98-99% will be also affected by the change. Also sooner or later those who sells Taguls 1MP PNG images we face with a client who wants HQ image (to be printed on a big poster for example) and they will have to buy at least the Basic pricing plan which means that their cost per HQ image will be at least $1. Therefore they can't sell HQ images (or products with HQ images) for low margin. I suggest you to advertise that you sell High Quality word cloud art (both in terms of art and the quality of the images) and thus you ask extra $0.20 - $0.5. Those who uses 1MP PNG images for free obviously can't advertise the same or will charge more. |

| Please try to download your word cloud in PNG format and then print it as any other image or picture. If you don't experience such problems when printing your pictures then you shouldn't face them with Tagul word cloud images. | |

If your wordpress site is hosted on wordpress.com then Tagul embedding code won't work as AFAIK wordpress.com doesn't allow third party javascript in your html. If it doesn't then could you please send the url of the page where you embedded the cloud so I could see what is wrong there? |

Midela,so if you want to revise a design, or download several formats/sizes, each download gets counted.New HQ download gets counted if you revise a design but downloads of the very same image in different formats don't get counted |

Ok, here is the final revision of the pricing: Monthly: Basic - 10 HQ downloads for $9.99 Pro - 100 HQ downloads for $19.99 Unlimited - $29.99 Yearly: Basic - 120 HQ downloads for $99.99 Pro - 1200 HQ downloads for $199.99 Unlimited - $299.99 That's really all we can do. Hope now it is affordable. |
