Please make sure you didn't selected that word in Edit Mode. To do this switch to Edit Mode and click "Clear selection" button and then Visualize your word cloud.

It seems like you do it right. To change the font for a particular word select the desired font in the drop-down menu in Font column in Words table. Then Visualize your cloud. It should work. Please let me know if it doesn't.

It is not clear to me what you mean under 'a spec sheet'. All you need to is to find in the Internet or create an image you like and add it to your word cloud shapes list as I described above. Words will be placed on non-white space of the image you added.

I don't think that it would be a problem if each student creates a separate account. You shouldn't see any error messages in this case.

I suggest you to download your word cloud as PNG image (in Download and Share section) and print it as any other image or picture. Your image viewing and printing software should allow you to resize and move the image before printing. If it doesn't I suggest you to try GIMP.

@DavRoz, it is counted per download. If you change a design slightly it will be counted as 2 downloads. To mitigate that send to your customer 1MP PNG version for review. 1MP PNG is not counted as HQ download.

Why wouldn't you buy the Basic plan for 1 year for $99.99 that will include 120 HQ downloads?

You can't download your word cloud with animation and paste it into a power point presentation unfortunately. The best you can do is to make your word cloud public (in Download and Share section) and get share the link to it (you can get your cloud link by clicking on the last icon in Share row in Download and Share section)

Yes there is. One username can try to login in no more than 10 times per 5 minutes currently. It seems like you use 1 account and ask students to login in using it at the same time. How many students do you have so I could increase the limit?

To add a shape to your design please find a suitable image (PNG or JPEG) and add it by clicking on the first row in Shapes section of your cloud generator form.
