to disable the repetition of words go to Layout section and check "keep as is (don't repeat words)" checkbox for "Words amount" parameter.

To use relative weighting input the words weights into "Size" column of Words table and check "Use size column from words table" for "Words size" parameter.

Words are placed on non-white (non-transparent) space. Edit a kangaroo image (in MS Paint, GIMP or Photoshop) to erase the color where you don't want the words to be placed.

Probably 1MP PNG quality is not enough in your case.
