As I replied to you by email, could you please send the PNG and EPS files to support email so I could see what is missing there?

Hello, it is possible if you use CSV format when importing words.
Create a text file with the below content

1 set 1 word;20;blue
1 set 2 word;20;blue
...
2 set 2 word;5;red
2 set 2 word;5;red
...

And then import the text using the corresponding button in Words section.

To make your Tagul word cloud more clear (which is needed when you make it from a photo) switch to Layout section, select "define" for "Words amount" parameter and switch the slider to the most right position (999). It will add more words into Tagul word cloud and make the photo details more clear.

Here is a photo example I did using the above technique: https://tagul.com/show/3gnpfmocdgye/Lady's%20portrait

Hello Macy,

There were no maintenance at that time.

Once Tagul generator loaded the visualization is 100% done by your machine. Therefore the slowness is most likely caused by your computer.

Steelbird, just switch to Edit mode and place the words how you want them to be.

You just need to edit the picture I provided and make the white shield's rings transparent in an image editing software (like GIMP or Photoshop).

I did it for you. Here is the image.

Hello Pegotty,

There is no way to move a word to the foreground in Edit mode.
If a word is hidden by other words the only way to select it is to temporarily move other words to another location, select the word and then move them back.

Hello Dave,

you probably watched a very old youtube video. A lot of things has change since that time. I suggest you to try to play with Tagul as (as I hope) it is quite easy to use. Here is a short instruction:

1) Create a tagul cloud by clicking "Create new word cloud" button on your clouds page
2) Input the words directly in Words table or import from a text by clicking on "Import words" button.
3) Visualize the word cloud and then experiment with other options

Don't hesitate to contact support should you have any questions.

Hi Gems,
In your "captain america" cloud I've added this picture with threshold parameter = 1 and Edges parameter = 0.

Is that what you wanted to achieve?
