Doesn't split into words sometimes

I'm using this to make ornaments for my students and when I copy and paste the simple sentences "Carson is smart" it splits it into words correctly sometimes but leaves it in sentences other times. I have copied and pasted into the same word cloud and set works but the other doesn't. Is there something I'm clicking or not clicking. Or something that could be different with the sentences?

As I understand you use "Import text" button to fill out the Words table, do you? Then the rule is the following: if sentences are short in length and you separate them by a new line then they will be kept as is. Otherwise they will be split into words.
