Hi! I recommend you to download in 32MP PNG format. Please take into account that you can download your word art image in all available HQ formats and it will be counted as 1 HQ download.

Could you please try to rename the file to wordart.svg and try to open it? If it doesn't work please send the file to the support email so I could check what is wrong there.

Hi Andrew,

First of all you cannot delete a word from the edit mode. You have to delete it from the words section and then re-visualize to make it disappear. Secondly the 'clear selection' button was renamed to 'Reset'. Please use it to clear selected words lock.

Ok. Then please send to the support email the word artwork names and the preferred format and I'll send you the images via email.

If the words are quite large then you can change their color directly in the edit mode. You can also change the colors in the words table.

Also if you purchase one of HQ downloads packs and download your word art image in vector PDF or SVG format, you will be able to edit colors in Inkscape or Adobe Illustrator (or any other vector editor).

Switch to the style section, click on the custom button and then click on the colors to the right to customize the palette

Hi SyniBell! Your question is not clear to me. You can import a shape image and use it as a base for your word art. After visualizing words will be placed on non-white space of the shape image by default. Therefore if you need a shape of people you need to make sure that the people silhouette is filled with a non-white color in your shape image.

We identified the root cause of the problem. Recently the structure of SVG file were optimized but obviously some software including Adobe Illustrator is not capable to open them. Therefore we've just reverted the change. Please download your SVG file again. You won't be charged for downloading the same image again.
