Hi! When you click "Save" you overwrite the previous version even if you changed its name. You should have clicked "Save as" from the Menu at the top to create a new wordart and keep the old one. Unfortunately there is no way to recover the word artworks you overwrote. |

Hi Tracy, unfortunately there is no way to add your colors to the palette currently. But we will consider it for the inclusion in the future versions. |

Hi! You can print or download in standard quality without purchasing a plan. If the quality is good enough for you and you are not going to use the downloaded image commercially then you don't need to purchase anything. You can also order a high quality print from WordArt.com shop powered by Zazzle.com (by clicking on the order button) without purchasing a plan. |

Hi! First of all you can download in all available HQ formats and it will be counted as 1 HQ download and then choose the one that works best for you. If you want to change colors of some words then you definitely need SVG or PDF vector image that you can open in Illustrator or Inkscape vector editor. |

Hi Kristín, what do you mean saying "remove font in the selection"? You cannot remove any fonts (except ones you added manually), but you can change a font used to render words in the Fonts section. |
