Hi! First of all you can download in all available HQ formats and it will be counted as 1 HQ download and then choose the one that works best for you. If you want to change colors of some words then you definitely need SVG or PDF vector image that you can open in Illustrator or Inkscape vector editor.

Hi Kristín, what do you mean saying "remove font in the selection"? You cannot remove any fonts (except ones you added manually), but you can change a font used to render words in the Fonts section.

Hi! You can place your word cloud art to the gallery by clicking Menu -> Privacy -> Gallery at the top of the creator window

Hi! There is no way to delete words but you can switch to the edit mode and move the words you want to the center. Don't put any attention to possible words overlapping because it will disappear after you re-visualize.

Hi Sheila, could you please click on the Custom button for Words colors parameter in the Style section? Then you can customize words colors by clicking on the colors palette to the right.

Hi Gary! There is no way to create word artworks in bulk. To speed up the process I suggest you to create a template design and then duplicate it 20-30 times to avoid doing repeating tasks each time.

Hi! No, the maximum is 999 words. Probably some words are duplicated or less than 3 characters. Could you please send the text file to the support email so I could check?
