Good news! I've finished redesigning the API so you can use it from now on. Please visit API FAQ and your API account page for more info. |

Hi Coupmedia! It seems like you are embedding your cloud on https web page while Tagul cloud data is stored on http page. Recent versions of Firefox shows the error you described in such situations. The only way to avoid it is to store everything (including cloud data file) on your https location. If it is not the case (you are not embedding your cloud on https web page) please send me (see support email at the bottom) the screenshot of the error so I could get more info to investigate. Best regards, |

Could you please send me the SVG to the support email (see at the bottom of this page) and I'll check what is wrong. |

@watsod. Do you see your cloud when opening SVG file in Firefox/Opera/Chrome browser? If yes please try opening it in inkscape (see this faq question) If not there is something wrong with your SVG file, please try to save it again from cloud creation form |

I suppose you are pasting the text like below:
In this case Tagul will think that you are using the special mode of text.
And then word1 will have weight of 3 and other words will have 1 as their weight. |

@TRISHEDINGTON do you see any error? If yes please send me the screenshot. Have you checked your flash version? Is it above 11.1? |
