Hi HilaryB.
From your description it is hard to understand what actually is wrong.

1) You can sucessfully save PNG (not JPG) image - OK
2) You changed your cloud and tried to saved it again but didn't notice any changes, did you?

If yes you could try saving your cloud under different filename and try openning it. Does it still open without changes made?

You are clicking on "Save as PNG" button in "Grab and Share" section, right?

Please try changing its name to somethink like "Cloud5" and save.

Could you please place your cloud on a web page and send me the link so I could dig deeper into the problem.

@qz, I've looked into your clouds and your text is not correct. You shouldn't use semi-colon to separate words. It is used to separate word attributes (like weight, color, url, etc.). To separate words you should place it on a new line each. Read this for more details.

E.g. instead of

bottiglia;gusto;etichetta;diverso;forma;CocaCola;liquore;

You should use

bottiglia
gusto
etichetta
diverso
forma
CocaCola
liquore;5

Please mind that the last word (liquore) will have the weight of 5 (which means it will be 5 times bigger) while other tags will have the weight of 1.

Regarding the freeze with "Loading" message. Please save the cloud before pressing visualize and then if it freezes then send me the cloud url link so I could dig deeper into the problem.

Hi qz,

there is a slider named "Tags amount" in Appearence tab that controls the amount of words to be placed. Please make sure it is in "Keep as is" or close to many state.

Regarding the second problem when the form freezes on "loading".
Could you please save the cloud (that freezes with loading message) and send its url to support email (see bottom of this page) so I could see what is wrong. It could be a defect in cloud generator potentially.

It seems like tags were not added to the list.
Could you please check whether "List of tags" contains anything or not?
I've just tried to paste the text above into the corresponding field in the form and then clicked visualize and it worked well.

Hi Coupmedia!

It seems like you are embedding your cloud on https web page while Tagul cloud data is stored on http page. Recent versions of Firefox shows the error you described in such situations.

The only way to avoid it is to store everything (including cloud data file) on your https location.

If it is not the case (you are not embedding your cloud on https web page) please send me (see support email at the bottom) the screenshot of the error so I could get more info to investigate.

Could you please send me the SVG to the support email (see at the bottom of this page) and I'll check what is wrong.

It shouldn't make a difference.
Please make sure you use File->Import option in inkscape but not File->Open.
