Could you please elaborate what exactly problems do you experience.

To save your cloud you need to go to "Grab and Share" section and click on "Save graphic image PNG". Then you'll be asked for a folder to place and filename for your cloud.

Once it is done you can find your cloud file in the location you specified.

Please let me know where exactly things don't work for you.

Try using converting SVG to EPS as it is described in this FAQ question. EPS (SVG) are vector formats and can be scaled without loosing quality.

Are you pasting into Tags source -> Text field? I've just checked it and it works fine.

Just check "keep as is" for "Tags amount" in Appearance tab

What is your flash player version? You can get it here

You should have at least 11.3.

Also you can try creating a cloud in another browser (e.g. firefox or chrome).

The name of tab has been changed. You can add numbers in "Tags source" section "List of tags" tab. Just edit any tag/word and add numbers.

It is still not clear to me.
If you save your cloud changes to Tagul site (big green button "Save" at the end of the form) then the changes will be available immediately if you reload the form.

If you've previously put embedding code to your site, then it takes some time (may be up to an hour) to refresh it and serve you the changed version. You don't need to log in / log out or restart your laptop. To speed up the process you could try pressing ctrl-f5 (complete page refresh) in your browser but anyway some time must pass before the changes come in force.

From your description it is hard to understand what actually is wrong.

1) You can sucessfully save PNG (not JPG) image - OK
2) You changed your cloud and tried to saved it again but didn't notice any changes, did you?

If yes you could try saving your cloud under different filename and try openning it. Does it still open without changes made?
