@watsod. Do you see your cloud when opening SVG file in Firefox/Opera/Chrome browser?

If yes please try opening it in inkscape (see this faq question)

If not there is something wrong with your SVG file, please try to save it again from cloud creation form

I suppose you are pasting the text like below:

word1
word1
word1
word2
etc

In this case Tagul will think that you are using the special mode of text.
You just need to modify your text in the below format:

word1;3
word2
etc

And then word1 will have weight of 3 and other words will have 1 as their weight.

Hi Dolly,

API access is on-hold currently and I don't provide it.
I am planning to re-develop it and make available approximately in a month.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

@TRISHEDINGTON do you see any error? If yes please send me the screenshot.

Have you checked your flash version? Is it above 11.1?

1) You need to ensure you have flash player version 11.1 at least. You can find your player version by following this link
2) If your flash version is OK then please try pressing ctrl-f5 on your cloud screen (which is blank white space) to clear browser cache
3) Please try another browser (e.g. google chrome)

Please let me know if nothing of above helps you.

To create a cloud with tree shape do the following:

2) In Appearence tab click custom
3) Click on the box to choose image and select tree.png

That's it!

Hi Michael. I've looked your link http://www.waihekegrouptransport.co.nz/page.php?pid=4&action=preview&menu=main and it seems that embedding code is changed somehow. Flash icon should be inside the second object tag and then it will be displayed only in case no flash/svg support exists in a browser. In your case it is placed outside the first object tag so it is displayed always.

Regarding validation error. It looks like the Tags List section is empty while you are trying to visualize your cloud. Probably tags were not saved due to a bug I've fixed recently. So could you please switch to "Get tags from URL" or "Get tags from text" tab depending on what you used as your tags source. Then click visualize button and your tags list will be automatically populated. Don't forget to save your cloud to save your tags list.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
