@Charlie. Try saving your PNG in higher resolution (by adjusting width/height properties) and then convert it to JPEG. When converting please make sure you select the highest quality parameters (usually it is a number that should be 90-100)

Could someone send me (see support email at the bottom of this page) a screenshot with error (or other troubles) when you can't save your cloud? I've tested the functionality in Linux/Windows/Mac and it works well in all my environments.

What is the query about? What is wrong with changing size of clouds?

You need to find christmas tree image on the internet, download it to your computer and then select it as your custom shape image.

There is no way to do it. Words are shuffled along the shape for better fit.

It is a word cloud anyway, it doesn't mean to have words order.

Does it allow you to type text in?

Are you sure you used this account for creating your clouds?

Have you stored somewhere any embedding code or clouds?
If yes please send it to support email so I could look deeper into the problem.

Got the problem and fixed it. Now it should work in IE fine.
