Not saving -no error

Hi I can create my cloud and save it successfully including as a jpg, but when I go to open it up again it hasn't saved the detail and instead reverted to the initial sample.

What am I not doing?

From your description it is hard to understand what actually is wrong.

1) You can sucessfully save PNG (not JPG) image - OK
2) You changed your cloud and tried to saved it again but didn't notice any changes, did you?

If yes you could try saving your cloud under different filename and try openning it. Does it still open without changes made?

Now confused. Logged back in and the changes I'd made are now there, both the original and the second one I'd tried (V2). I can only assume it's been a caching thing.

Final test is to log out and in now, having made further changes (V3) and see what's been saved...

Having made and saved changes - going back in it's reverted to the cloud I started with tonight (V2) ie with the changes from last time.

Logging out and in - as last time. Changes (saved) tonight are not being reflected (showing V2 not V3).

Hopefully the changes (V3) will be there tomorrow!

Having logged out and switched off the laptop and then restarted, I now have the V3 changes displayed.

So the app is saving the changes just not displaying them or reverting to the version at the start of the session. I'd need to try using the app from a different device before I could determine if this is an app thing or an issue with my laptop/ IE.

At least I know it's saving so I have a workaround!

It is still not clear to me.
If you save your cloud changes to Tagul site (big green button "Save" at the end of the form) then the changes will be available immediately if you reload the form.

If you've previously put embedding code to your site, then it takes some time (may be up to an hour) to refresh it and serve you the changed version. You don't need to log in / log out or restart your laptop. To speed up the process you could try pressing ctrl-f5 (complete page refresh) in your browser but anyway some time must pass before the changes come in force.

Not sure what the embedding code might be - I'm just changing text. The text changes can be visualised and saved, but if I leave that cloud eg to post this, then reload, the changes are not immediately available - it's as if it's reverted to the pre-change version.

It seems like your browser caches the cloud image and gives it to you ignoring the changes.

To get the root of the problem I need to know what environment you are using.
