@hayleaboo

I think craftynick meant that if you right click on your cloud image on the right side of the form (where animation works) then you will be able to save the image to your computer. But it won't be in high resolution.

In Grab and Share tab you need to use left click to save your clouds. Once you clicked on any PNG icon your cloud image should be downloaded to your computer. Most likely it will be silently saved in your Downloads folder. Please have a look there.

Do you see any error? Or just loading?
You cannot open any cloud or some specific ones?

I've checked your clouds and successfully opened them in XP and Chrome 34 and it worked fine on my test machine.

Saving process is now controlled by your browser. By default it may save to Downloads folder without explicitly asking you. It can be changed in your browser settings.

@GS Kermit
All your old clouds are still there and you can open and edit them.

There was a bug in cloud loading code that is fixed now.

@papasue
Are you sure you saved your cloud to Tagul site (big save button at the bottom of the generator)?

If you saved it could you please do the following:
- take any of your clouds
- visualize it
- save it to Tagul site
- reload page (F5)
- check that your changes are in place

If it doesn't work for you please send me that cloud name so I could see what is wrong.

Could you please advise Chrome version? You can get it from menu -> About Google Chrome -> version.

If it is not the latest 34 version then please update Google Chrome
