Let's not mix up relative sizes and words duplication which is controlled by "Words amount" checkboxes and slider. Relative sizes has nothing to do with duplication. To make a word/phrase to be the biggest in cloud you need to assign the highest weight/size to it in Words table and make sure that "Keep as is" or "Maximize" is selected for "Words relative size" in Layout section.

Regarding color choice menu. To be honest I don't understand your problem. Color menu works the same way it worked in the old version. Could you please elaborate what you meant under "select the same color repeatedly"?

In Internet Explorer could you please try pressing CTRL-F5 after opening your cloud form? It should update Tagul generator to the latest version. Then saving should be working fine.

Regarding Firefox. I've checked all your clouds in Firefox and they were fine. Could you please send me screenshot from Firefox when you can't re-open your cloud. It will help me to understand what the problem is.

2 options for you

1) Input Dave&Sarah into Words Table directly
2) When using "Import from text" feature place every phrase on a separate line ended by semicolon. Here is an example:

Dave&Sarah;
14.04.2014;
etc;

1) Please click CTRL+F5 to make sure you run the latest version
2) If it still doesn't work please send me a screenshot of your Tagul generator after you click visualize so I could see what is wrong.

Could you please press CTRL+F5 to completely reload page to make sure you have the latest version of Tagul form?

@snowcake I've reverted the old behavior thus you don't need to type semicolon at the end any more.

That's wired error. I've changed the error response to contain more info. Once you face it again please send me the error text you see.

Estimate is till the end of May. It will allow a cloud to appear in a fixed-width 300px sidebar.

Probably I understood you wrong but there is no limit in saving your cloud. Do you experience any troubles while saving? If yes could you please send me a screenshot of what you see when you try to save your cloud.
