You can find a suitable image anywhere in the internet.
For example go to Google and search for "UK map" and then click images to see them.

This is old thread and everything written here is obsolete.

At the moment all clouds created under Premium subscription can be used for commercial purposes.

I've just visited the first link and saw Tagul cloud so it seems working fine.

Could you please send to support email some screenshots of what you see so I could understand better what is wrong?

Could you please make a small video (e.g. using your smartphone) of what you do and what you see and send it to support?

Otherwise could you please describe precisely:
1) What shape do you use?
2) What changes you make?

You can use more than one font by selecting them using CTRL+CLICK or SHIFT+CLICK.

The word with biggest size amount is positioned front and center.
You can change size property in Words table.

HiRes PNG images don't work on iPhone and some old iPads because of limitations in the devices. Please find a PC or laptop and save HiRes PNG there.

BTW EPS and SVG export should work fine on both iPhone and iPad.

You are able to edit colors using iPad. Go to Colors and Animations section and add/remove colors.

If it doesn't work for you please make some screenshots and send to support to allow me dig deeper into the problem.

@duggybk, any image in jpeg or png format should work. Could you please send your image to support so I could see what is wrong?

@natalie, it is not necessary for image to have white background. But by default Tagul will remove white font and won't place words there but you can change this behavior by moving threshold slider to the right in image customize dialog.

Go to Colors and Animations section and make only black color to appear in the colors list.

You will see that your words become black after that.
Then assign colors to words you wish in Words section.
