I've added Dirty Fox, Dock 51 and Halohandletter. The other fonts are not that appealing so I decided not to add them.

You need to make white/transparent the parts that you don't want to be covered with words in your photo and then upload it to Tagul

You have to find awareness ribbon image (like this for example and then add it in Shapes section.

After that you can use it as a shape for your cloud.

Could you please send a screenshot to support with Words section and cloud image so I could see what is wrong there?

Unfortunately I cannot add characters to fonts.

I've just checked and all fonts that claims to support 'ş' character actually support it.

You can specify a font that supports 'ş' symbol in Words table for that particular phrase (that contains 'ş') to keep other words using Calligraffitti.

Is it SVG file? Please try EPS one.

Could you please email that image to support so I could see what is wrong?

That symbol is supported by some (but not all) fonts. Just add it to Words section and then navigate to Fonts section. Fonts that are not marked as red support that symbol and you can select them for your cloud.

You saw that option when added your image in Shapes section. Once you saved your cloud the option is not available as Tagul doesn't store the original image. To get the options back please add the image once again.
