I've removed 'purge CDN cache' button because now all cloud updates are automatically purged through CDN.

I suggest you wait for 10-20 minutes after you saved your cloud and then press CTRL-F5 (CMD-R for safari) several times to clear browser cache.

If it still doesn't work please send your cloud embedding code to support email so I could see deeper into the problem.

You can change colors in "Colors and Animation section".
If it doesn't work for you could you please send me some screenshots explaining what you do and what doesn't work?

Words near the border are darker than the rest in Butterfly cloud from Gallery because in the butterfly image (that was used as shape) there is black outline around the butterfly.

Please have a look at that image and you will see the outline.

Try clicking "Add your image" in Shapes section and then copy and paste the below link in "Paste image URL" field.

Then click load, press OK and Visualize your cloud.

I've added Dirty Fox, Dock 51 and Halohandletter. The other fonts are not that appealing so I decided not to add them.

You need to make white/transparent the parts that you don't want to be covered with words in your photo and then upload it to Tagul

You have to find awareness ribbon image (like this for example and then add it in Shapes section.

After that you can use it as a shape for your cloud.

Unfortunately I cannot add characters to fonts.

I've just checked and all fonts that claims to support 'ş' character actually support it.

You can specify a font that supports 'ş' symbol in Words table for that particular phrase (that contains 'ş') to keep other words using Calligraffitti.
