There is a rectangle shape (looks like a square).
Click on it and the click on the green gear at the bottom right corner to adjust its ratio.

Could you please check "keep as is" for "words relative size" in "Layout" section and visualize your cloud? Is it better now?

I've looked into your cloud and the problem is in the image with word Friends you used.

There is a lot of blank space around the Friends word.
Could you please make the image again and please make sure:
- The image has at least 400x400 px resolution
- There is as little as possible blank space around the word Friends

Best regards,
Alex

- Google for "dress clipart" images and find a suitable one.
- Copy its URL and paste in the corresponding box (after you clicked "add your image" in Shapes tab)

That's it

The simpliest way is just to input several words in a Text cell in Words section.

When you import the words from text (using the corresponding button in Words section) you can use "~" to keep the words together.

It is possible.
Select rectangular shape and click on the gear at the bottom right corner.
In the new window change aspect ratio to whatever you like and click OK.
Then Visualize your cloud and you are done!

Could you please provide some links you used?

It seems to me that you split the words by a new line (e.g. any new word is on a new line). In this case Tagul thinks that you are using special CSV format and doesn't format the words.

Could you please change new lines to spaces and try again?

@m60118
Just spent couple of hours trying to get that font work but unfortunately without success :( Font parser that Tagul uses doesn't recognize such complex font (otf with CID).

Do you know any suitable Chinese fonts in TrueType (.ttf) format?

@sarah2406, That is because when your heart character is being duplicated it picks a random color from the list you specified (in Colors and Animations section).

I see 2 ways of avoiding this:

1) Place only heart color to the color list (in Colors and Animations section) and set heart color to 'Random' in Words section. Then assign the colors you like to other words.

2) Disable words duplication (in Layout section set "Keep as is (don't duplicate)") and then add as many heart symbols as you wish in Words section. For each heart symbol you have to specify the color you want (e.g. not Random).
