That symbol is supported by some (but not all) fonts. Just add it to Words section and then navigate to Fonts section. Fonts that are not marked as red support that symbol and you can select them for your cloud.

You saw that option when added your image in Shapes section. Once you saved your cloud the option is not available as Tagul doesn't store the original image. To get the options back please add the image once again.

Do you see "Clear all" button at the top?

It will be simpler working from a laptop than iPad. In iPad you may need to double tap buttons to make them work.

I've managed to make Noto Chinese fonts to work and implemented it in Tagul. Please check it out!

Emma, if you open SVG in a browser (like Firefox or Chrome) does it look correct?

Go to Shapes section and click on the first title to add your image

I understand your confusion but at the moment there are no tutorials to help you. I suggest you asking specific question to support email (like how can I make cloud design with numbers as its shape).
