is there a way to dictate the size of the font that will print?

I want to put a cloud on a shirt. In order to be able to read the words, I need all of the words to be a minimum of a 10 point font.

Is this possible in here?

George, there is no way to control minimum words sizes.
If you want to remove words (which you think are small) just try to reduce amount of words to be placed in a cloud. To do this go to Layout section and move "Words Amount" slider left.
