Kathy, you can easily add numbers in Words section.
Just type them in text column.

The best option will be EPS vector file.

The subscription is one time payment for selected period (month in your case) and it will end automatically after the period is over (e.g. one month).

Simply speaking the words are placed on a non-white space.
If you have only outline of an image the words will be placed on outline only.

To place the words inside a shape you have to make it filled with a color in any image editing software like Photoshop or Paint.net

What format did you print (PNG, SVG or EPS)?

It really depends on a symbol. You can try inputting any symbol and then change to Fonts section to see what fonts support it.

Jen, new importing mechanism should handle excel copy&paste without issues. Could you please send me the text you used and screenshot of what you got in Words section? I'll look into the problem.

Both SVG and EPS files are vector images files. Probably your printing shop requires another vector format. I suggest you consuliting with your printing shop on what formats they accept and what is wrong with provided SVG and EPS.
